FOR CLAIMS REGARDING YOUR TRAVEL INSURANCE POLICY:

Please obtain a claim form no later than 31 days after the event by either telephoning or writing to P&O Insurance c/o TPS (Insurance Admin Services) Ltd. Please quote reference UKU and the policy number from your schedule.

The Claims Customer Support Centre is open:

Monday to Thursday               8am to 8pm

Friday                                      8am to 7.30pm

Saturday                                 9am to 3pm

Sunday & Bank Holidays         10am to 3pm

Closed for Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day and Easter Sunday.
